Use of Somernova’s site and its mobile application is voluntary. You may not use Somernova’s site or app if you do not agree to the Privacy Policy.

We may use personal and anonymous information to create aggregate and usage information that informs the way we market, analyze, and/or advertise.You provide your personal information when you engage in certain activities on our site or app, including but not limited to: signing up for the Somernova newsletter; inquiring about leasing; participating in social media via third-party providers such as Facebook, Twitter, Vimeo, Instagram, etc. (whether at this site or the social media websites); connecting to a Somernova WiFi network; downloading, installing, or using our app; or using a cell phone to contact Somernova. If you submit third party information, you are representatively consenting to provide such personal information and cannot hold Somernova responsible for third party claims relating to use of such information.

Additionally, Somernova may use cookies, which are small data files

or analyze the way our site or app is working to help us improve.
Our cookies cannot retrieve information from your device other
than what you choose to enter (such as information required to
receive our newsletter).

Some third-party services used by Somernova, such as

Policy only covers cookies used by Somernova, not cookies used by
third parties.

Somernova won’t provide your information to third parties without your informed consent unless required to do so by law. We do not sell personal information or facilitate third-party advertising using your personal information.

 

Somernova’s site may link to pages outside our domain. We cannot claim responsibility for the privacy practices of external sites—including those that may display the Somernova logo—so we encourage you to know when you’re leaving Somernova.Additionally, some content on Somernova is hosted by a third party and appears embedded on our site. Embeds (such as Vimeo videos or Google maps) send data to the hosted site as if you were visiting that site directly. Therefore, interacting with any embeds may send the third party site data about your activity. Since Somernova doesn’t manage the data collected by third parties, embedded content is not covered by this Privacy Policy.

Somernova account holders may access and modify personal information at any time. You can remove your personal information by deleting your account in the Somernova app.

We use SSL encryption to protect data transmitted to and from our site. However, no data transmission is 100% secure, so your use of our site is at your own risk.

At any time, you may request to stop receiving our newsletter emails. Any email you receive upon signing up for our newsletter will provide a link to opt out. Users of our app may receive emails about their account. For these types of account health emails, the only way to opt out is to delete your account.When you interact with an email sent from Somernova (such as opening an email or clicking on a link within an email), we may collect information about that interaction.
