“We have partnered with B.I.R.P. (Boston Injury Rehab Performance) for Boulder Shoulders, a 60-minute class designed to help climbers climb better by focusing on healthier, pain-free shoulders. Whether you’re currently dealing with shoulder pain, have experienced it in the past, or want to safeguard your shoulders for a long climbing future, this class is for you.
Through a mix of education, self-assessment, and targeted exercises, you’ll learn to:
• Identify shoulder dysfunction and its impact on climbing.
• Address underlying issues to build strength and mobility.
• Implement effective strategies to protect your shoulders from future injuries.
